Path to executable:
C:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost.exe -k LocalServiceNetworkRestricted -p
Locate TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper service observe his current status and open to make changes
From General tab you can Start/Stop and change the Startup type of TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper service
To finish press ok button and close Services window
