How to Start/Stop Human Interface Device Access service

Service name: hidserv

Display name: Human Interface Device Access


Description:

Enables generic input access to Human Interface Devices (HID), which activates and maintains the use of predefined hot buttons on
keyboards, remote controls, and other multimedia devices. If this service is stopped, hot buttons controlled by this service will no longer
function. If this service is disabled, any services that explicitly depend on it will fail to start.


Path to executable:

C:\Windows\system32\svchost.exe -k LocalSystemNetworkRestricted

Locate Human Interface Device Access service observe his current status and open to make changes

From General tab you can Start/Stop and change the Startup type of Human Interface Device Access service

To finish press ok button and close Services window
