Custom Commands

Description:

Specifies commands configured by the administrator for custom logging. These commands will run in addition to default log commands.













Supported on:

At least Windows Server 2008 R2 or Windows 7

GPO PowerShell Regedit CMD

We can use Command Prompt to add or delete the registry key(s):


For Enabled, Add the registry key:

REG add "HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\NetworkConnectivityAssistant\CustomCommands" /v testcommands /t REG_SZ /d testcommands /f


For Disabled, Delete the registry key:

REG DELETE "HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\NetworkConnectivityAssistant\CustomCommands" /v testcommands /f


For Not Configured, Delete the registry key:

REG DELETE "HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\NetworkConnectivityAssistant\CustomCommands" /v testcommands /f
