How to Start/Stop Background Intelligent Transfer Service
Service name: BITS
Display name: Background Intelligent Transfer
Description:
Transfers files in the background using idle network bandwidth. If the service is disabled, then any applications that depend on BITS,
such as Windows Update or MSN Explorer, will be unable to automatically download programs and other information.
Path to executable:
C:\Windows\System32\svchost.exe -k netsvcs
Locate Background Intelligent Transfer Service observe his current status and open to make changes
From General tab you can Start/Stop and change the Startup type of Background Intelligent Transfer Service
To finish press ok button and close Services window
